our services

Kingdom Dispatch and Logistics, LLC is here to ensure that our carriers are focused on the road. We provide a customer service experience designed to cater to our carriers, adding quality control to a system that is constantly moving. Our boutique style approach includes, and is not limited to the following:

Back Office Support

Focus for you should be on one thing…DRIVING. As your partner in logistics, we will handle all your back office needs through our unique collaboration with InnoPortal. This system provides a customized driver portal that syncs with your dispatcher, brokers, and your shippers. There is even a portal for the fleet owners as well. Any paperwork submission from rate cons to BOL submissions, booked loads, mileage, and a host of other services are available at your fingertips. Carriers can even enter an ETA for the brokers and shippers, reinforcing strong lines of communication. We will take care of the back, while you got the road

Factoring

When building your trucking empire, sometimes, waiting 30-60-90 days for payments to hit your account doesn’t make sense (pun intended) for your business model. That’s where factoring comes into play.

Our partnerships with Triumph Business Capital and RTS Factoring are tools you can use to get your money sooner, until you have enough capital generated to no longer need their services. As a partner with Triumph and RTS, we will verify that you work with reputable companies by providing credit checks before booking any loads, and getting you paid as soon as the next day.

If you aren’t using factoring, we can help sign you up with a plan that fits your business needs as O/O or Fleet Owner.

All invoice submission will be handled for you before close of business for the day.

Quick Pay

For our carriers who have opted to not use factoring, we have you covered too. We will create and send invoices to all brokers and shippers to ensure we get you paid efficiently and ON TIME

Same applies, we will submit all invoices by the close of business, once we have the BOL, to make sure prompt processing of your pay for loads.

We will also follow up when your payment is due and ensure your funds have been remitted. If not, we don’t mind making the hard phone calls for you to inquire about payment.

Electronic copies of all invoices will also be sent to you for your records, but we will have digital copies also readily available if and when the time comes for us to have to reference them.

BAM (Bare A** Minimum)

BAM is a term that was coined by the best dental provider I know over my many years in the dental field. BAM is the very minimum number that has to be produced and collected by a provider, accounting for overhead, on a monthly basis in order to meet the projected yearly gross for their business. At Kingdom Dispatch and Logistics, LLC, we have the same thing for your trucking company. Using our Breakeven Calculator developed by our partners at InnoPortal, we can calculate the CPM that it will take per load in order for your company to operate, and meet your projected gross requirements weekly, to meet the goal for the year. This provides the parameters specifically tailored for each carrier/ OO/ Fleet owner that the dispatcher can use to book quality loads. You have enough hard work driving for up to 11 hrs per day. Let’s be smart, and not make it harder. You can rest well on that 10 hr break knowing the load you hauled added to the bottom line.

Load Selection

Taking our lead directly from our owners and drivers, as your dispatcher, we book loads according to your vision for your company. We will use all our resources to find loads to come as close to your weekly gross parameters as possible, and ensure that we are seeking loads in the regions your prefer, avoiding the ones you designate. Looking for quality loads is the means, high rates yielded the end.

As a certified dispatcher, WE NEVER FORCE DISPATCH, but ALWAYS dispatch like YOUR TRUCK IS OUR TRUCK .

Trip planning is an essential skill we will use to ensure we maximize your profits. Using the data collected from the BAM projections, we can ensure we are: Booking quality loads that maximize your hours of service (HOS); focusing on weight and commodity to minimize wear-and-tear; following the hot market trends day to day…we will not move your truck unless it moves your account. Keeping our truck moving is the point in this industry right? So, we will make sure we have the next load ready for pick up when you are done with your delivery…working around your HOS of course!

“Weather on the One’s”

We are based in Charlotte, NC, and our news station broadcasts our weather updates on the 1’s, every ten minutes. We have a constant overview of our weather conditions for the day. Kingdom Dispatch, LLC will do the same. When the markets are hot, we follow the freight. Sometimes, that hot market comes with chilly temps. And, with chilly temps comes icy roads. When weather and traffic issues arise, we will make sure we contact the brokers/shippers on your behalf with status updates, and ETA’s, whatever else we need to keep our receivers in the loop.

Part of trip planning is looking ahead on the route to your destination, and researching changes in weather systems along the way. This ensures we better prepare your trucks for the journey down the road.

As your partner in logistics services, it really is a pleasure to be the ones that you trust with your business needs.
